Cancellation Policy

Dental ED CANCELLATION - Lecture

Should Dental ED CANCEL the course due to an unforeseen emergency (e.g. severe illness or security problems), participants will be offered a 100% refund or an alternative future course date. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the initial transaction.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION - Lecture

If cancellation occurs up to 3 months prior to the course, 75% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs up to 2 months prior to the course, 50% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs up to 1 month prior to the course, 25% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs less than 1 month prior to the course, there shall be NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

Dental ED CANCELLATION - Hands On Course

Hands on courses will proceed on condition that a minimum of 15 participants register for each course. If the minimum number is not met 30 days prior to the set date, Dental ED shall inform the participant of the cancellation / postponement of the course by fax and email. Participants will be offered a 100% refund or an alternative future course date provided there is interest on the part of the enrolee and a vacancy. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the initial transaction.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION - Hands On Course

Should the participant need/decide to cancel his/her participation or experience any unforeseen event which would not permit attendance, the following policy will be observed:

If cancellation occurs up to 3 months prior to the course, 75% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs up to 2 months prior to the course, 50% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs up to 1 month prior to the course, 25% of the money paid up to that date will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs less than 1 month prior to the course, there shall be NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID. DENTAL ED is not responsible for refunding course fees, airfare fees or hotel reservations or private expenses. For overseas travelers, it is strongly recommended that applications for visas be submitted to the relevant authorities in due time for processing and it is the participants sole responsibility to inquire about deadlines for applications, document requirements, expiration dates and countries that are exempted

SELF-INSTRUCTIONAL ONLINE SESSIONS

Upon purchase of any online recorded self instructional sessions, the client will not be refunded on transactions unless the following criteria are met:

The Dental ED website was down and the client could not access the content.

The client can demonstrate with screen capture visual proof that the streaming service did not work within their region. This would also need to match with the streaming service log records that the session had not been accessed and viewed for more than 10 mins.

If the criteria are met, refunds will be made via the same payment method used to make the initial transaction.
