Dr. Sharon Liberali

Dr. Sharon Liberali
Dr. Liberali completed her undergraduate dental degree at the University of Adelaide in 1986 and in 1992 a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry. She was awarded a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Special Needs Dentistry at the University of Adelaide in 2009 and in 2010 became a Fellow of the RACDS in the field of Special Needs Dentistry. In 2011 she was awarded a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and in 2013 awarded a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. She is the Director of the Special Needs Unit, Adelaide Dental Hospital, SA Dental Service and works privately one day a week caring for Special Needs patients. She holds an honorary Associate Dental Consultant position at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and an honorary Clinical Lecturer position in the Dental School, University of Adelaide. Dr Liberali is the current President of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Special Needs Dentistry, a current member of the ADA Inc. Infection Control Committee and a past President of the SA Branch of the Australian Dental Association.
