Dr. Stephen Chu received his doctoral degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1984 and his master’s degree in restorative dentistry and certificate in post-graduate Fixed Prosthodontics from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1986. He subsequently obtained his dental technician certification in dental ceramics in 1996 and ASMDT status in 1998 at New York University College of Dentistry. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Implant Dentistry, Director of the Advanced CDE Program in Aesthetic Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry, Associate Professor and Director of Esthetic Education at Columbia University and Prosthodontic Section Editor for PPAD [Practical Procedures and Aesthetic Dentistry, Montage Media Corp.
